This website is operated by F*ck Water Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our product is FH2O — 100% watermelon juice. One ingredient. No nonsense.

When you sign up to our launch list, we collect:

• Name — so we can address you like a human
• Email address — to notify you when we launch
• Phone number — optional, for SMS updates only if you want them

We collect this data on the basis of your explicit consent. You ticked a box. We take that seriously.

We do not collect data we do not need. We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, your mother's maiden name, or anything else the drinks industry has no business knowing.

We use your information to:

• Send you a notification when FH2O launches
• Occasionally update you on news, drops, and things Big Water doesn't want you to know

That is it. We will not sell your data. We will not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker in exchange for a slightly better ad rate. We find that sort of thing repulsive.

We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to operate:

• Google Sheets / Google Workspace — to store sign-up data securely. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
• Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — to manage and send emails. A GDPR-compliant email platform based in France.
• Vercel — our hosting provider. They process requests to our site. Governed by Vercel's privacy policy.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok trackers, or any other surveillance advertising technology on this site.

This site uses only essential technical cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or behavioural profiling tools.

We hate cookie banners as much as you do. So we eliminated the need for one.

We will keep your data for as long as you are happy for us to contact you. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your data within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data entirely
• Objection — opt out of marketing at any time
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you came to us first.

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know by email. We will not bury important changes in dense legal text.
